You do not have to be moving yet. A fair share of what we answer comes from people months out who want to know whether the furniture fits, or whether holding the goods is the answer to a gap they can see coming.

Hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Saturday mornings. Anything sent outside those hours is picked up on the next working day.

Moving house or out of a tenancy?

Both addresses, roughly what is going, and the deadline — including what kind of deadline it is. A check-out time and a completion date need very different plans, and knowing which one you have changes our first answer.

Moving a business?

Tell us the building and the site rather than just the address. On the Trading Estate and along Bath Road the access hours, the goods lift and who signs things off matter more than the furniture does.

Something went wrong?

Email and say so plainly. Claims and the windows for reporting them are set out in your booking contract; we would rather deal with it directly than have you work through the paperwork alone.
